Operating at the core of modern facility infrastructure, the 1000A Hospital Non Essential Main Distribution Panel isolates non critical power feeds

such as general lighting, HVAC systems, and administrative equipment from primary life safety circuits. By segmenting these non critical loads,

the switchboard prevents unexpected electrical overloads and voltage sag events from compromising critical operations during utility power

shifts or main grid fluctuations. Constructed with precision engineered copper busbars, heavy gauge sheet steel, and modular circuit isolation,

At its core, a 1000A CHNT molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) acts as the primary disconnect, supporting up to 1000V insulation voltage and high

short circuit interrupting capacity. Downstream distribution features a comprehensive series of modular MCCBs, ranging from 63A to 125A,

enabling precise circuit protection for individual load channels.


An array of DIN rail surge protective devices (SPD), guarded by inline cylindrical fuses, shields sensitive internal components against high voltage

spikes and transient lightning surges. Heavy duty copper busbars, insulated with flame retardant heat shrink tubing, deliver balanced current

across all phases with minimal thermal losses. Additionally, a door mounted digital power meter offers real time visibility into key electrical metrics,

line frequencies, and phase currents.

Engineered with a floor standing, dual door steel enclosure, the Low Voltage Main Switchboard provides IP rated ingress protection against dust, debris,
