various control buttons to accommodate various conditions encountered during oil production.
Guozhiyun's technical team listened to the customer's suggestions, held an on-site
discussion in the workshop, reached a consensus, and immediately began
developing a corresponding improvement plan.
Functions
Control Function: Enables manual or automatic start and stop of the generator.
For example, Cummins generator control panels have start and stop buttons.
The control panel can also automatically start and stop the generator via remote signals.
Some high-end control panels support remote monitoring,
enabling real-time generator control via a network or communication device.
Monitoring Function: Capable of collecting and displaying various generator parameters,
including three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, and power,
as well as engine operating parameters such as water temperature, oil pressure,
fuel level, speed, and battery voltage.
Protection Function: When the generator experiences power failures such as overvoltage,
undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, or overcurrent, or when the engine experiences
abnormal conditions such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, or overspeed,
the control panel will automatically alarm and initiate protective measures
such as shutdown to prevent equipment damage.
Parameter Setting Function: Allows users to modify various generator parameters,
such as start success conditions and delay time, and these parameters are retained
in the event of a system power outage. Types Ordinary diesel generator set
control interfaces typically consist of a circuit breaker, ammeter, voltmeter, frequency meter,
water temperature gauge, and oil pressure gauge. These control the starting, stopping,
powering, and shutting off of the diesel generator set, and also measure and display operating status,
provide alarms, and provide protection. Operation is manual.
Intelligent diesel generator set control modules: These modules can manually or automatically start,
stop, power on, and shut off the generator set. They utilize an LCD digital display for intuitive viewing of
generator set data and faults, and some models also offer remote monitoring capabilities.
Operation Instructions
Manual Operation: Press the Manual key to enter "Manual Mode," then select "Manual Test Mode."
Then, press the Manual key to start the generator set. Press the O key to shut down a running generator set.
Automatic operation: Press the AUTO button. When the mains power is abnormal,
the generator will automatically enter the "mains power abnormality delay" and "start-up delay"
processes to complete startup and load. When the mains power returns to normal,
the generator will automatically enter the "mains voltage normal delay" and "shutdown delay"
processes and finally enter the standby state.
